Obituary for Donald Lee McDougal

McDougal, Donald "Don" L., 64, of Pine Grove, WV died suddenly Monday, September 2, 2013 as the result of an asthma attack.

"Don" was born December 2, 1948 son of Everett McDougal and the late Catherine Morris McDougal.

He was a retired employee of Ormet, current employee of the Shortline Senior Citizens Center, member of the NRA, three time state champion in archery, very good amateur photographer, skilled wood worker, loved animals, a very peaceful man who loved his family and a Christian by faith.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie McDougal.

Surviving are his wife of forty-five years, Carol Jean Titus McDougal; son, John (Kristie) McDougal of New Martinsville, WV; two brothers, Bernard (Dorothy) McDougal of Sistersville, WV and Everett (Valerie) McDougal, Jr. of Middlebourne, WV; sister, Brenda (Marvin) Fox of Raleigh, NC and three grandchildren, Ashton McDougal, Austa McDougal and Angelica McDougal.

Friends received 6-8 p.m., Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Williams Funeral Home, 226 N SR 20, Pine Grove, WV. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, September 6, 2013 with Greg Morris officiating.

Interment in Knight of Pythias Cemetery Hastings, WV.
