Obituary for Billy Joe "Buck" Moore
Moore, Billy "Buck" J., 69, of Folsom, WV died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Genesis New Martinsville, WV.
"Buck" was born August 21, 1945 in Gypsy, WV son of the late William Adams and Ruby Moore.
He was a retired crane operator for ABEX, he loved being outdoors, hunting, being a mechanic, mowing grass and watching westerns.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-mother, who raised him, Virginia Adams.
Surviving are his wife of forty-nine years, Carolyn Goodrich Moore; two sons, Billy (Michelle) Moore and Brandon Moore both of Folsom, WV; daughter, Connie (Daniel) Queen of New Martinsville, WV; five brothers, Edward (Betty) Adams and Pete (Lisa Watson) Davis both of Folsom, WV, Frankie Adams of East Liverpool, OH, Robert (Beth) Adams of Wilsonburg, WV and Pat Davis of Folsom; three sisters, Libby (Jim) Smallwood and Helen (Dick) Ferrell both of Folsom, WV and Nellie Clayton of Wallace, WV; four grandchildren, Tiffany, Samantha, Courtney and Nathaniel; two and half great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 4-8 p.m., Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Williams Funeral Home in Pine Grove where service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 with Pastor Mick Frye officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial contributions to be made to Williams Funeral Home, PO Box 336, Pine Grove, WV 26419.
