Obituary for Brenda Lea Adams (Swiger)

Brenda Lea Adams, 57, of Jacksonburg, WV passed away peacefully in her sleep in Sunfish Run, Tyler County, WV where she was born and raised.

Brenda was born July 29, 1958 daughter of Violet (VanDruff) Swiger of Alvy, WV and the late William E. Swiger.

She was a homemaker, loved her grandchildren, camping, canning, quilting and reading and she attended Alvy Methodist Church with her mom.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, David A. Swiger and sister, Carolyn S. Swiger.

Surviving in addition to her mother, are her children, two sons, Robert “Robby” W. (Stacey) Adams and grandson, Jayden and Timothy L. (Crystal) Adams and grandkids, Cierra and Austin both of Jacksonburg, WV; daughter, Rhonda M. Adams and grandchildren, Heaven and Eli; three brothers, William (Tammy) Swiger of Jacksonburg, WV, Kenneth Swiger of Wallace, WV, and Carlton Swiger of Jacksonburg, WV; four sisters, Linda Lough of Alvy, WV, Evelyn Hupp of Pine Grove, WV, Florence (Jim) Eddy of Reader, WV and Rebecca (Tim) Swiger of Porters Falls, WV and many nieces, nephews and cousins. We will all cherish our memories of her and she will be greatly missed.

Friends received 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Williams Funeral Home, 12750 Shortline Hwy, Pine Grove, WV.

Interment to follow in Center Point Cemetery in Center Point, Tyler County, WV.
