Anniston R. Greathouse, was born sleeping on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at United Hospital in Bridgeport, WV.

She is the daughter of Josh Greathouse and Lacy Sampson of the Shortline area.

She was preceded in death by her great grandfather, Joe Price and great uncle Jack Sandy Anderson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by sister, River Adalynn Greathouse; brother, Abel Ross Greathouse; maternal grandparents, Karen and Joe Ash of Jacksonburg, Jeff and Wendy Sampson of Pine Bluff, WV; paternal grandparents, Tater Greathouse and Marlene Gump of New Martinsville, WV and Tammy and William Swiger of Jacksonburg, WV; great grandparents, Ester Price of Folsom, WV and Roy and Patty Sampson of Lumberport, WV.

The family is requesting their friends and neighbors to stop by any WesBanco Bank and deposit a single dollar into the Zachary Taylor Trust Fund. This fund, created by Zachary Taylor, was established to help parents with the unexpected cost, of a funeral, for their minor child. Since its inception the fund has helped eight families. It was Zachary’s wishes that the community continue to donate to this fund to help it to be there for future families in need.
