Obituary for William Robert "B" Headley

William “B” Robert Headley, 55, of Reader, WV died Thursday, July 20, 2017 while at Arbors Marietta.

B was born September 10, 1961 in New Martinsville, WV, son of Carol (Lyle) Headley Knapp of New Martinsville, WV and the late William A. Headley.

He had a huge love of horses; he graduated from the Kentucky Horse Shoeing School, member of the Shiloh Saddle Club, enjoyed riding four wheelers and motorcycles, at one time B worked for Wetzel County Hospital as an Orderly, he used to work at the Faith Works Machine Shop, owner of the former Mr. “B”’s Pizza in Hundred, WV and was a Protestant.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Frank and Kitty Headley and Gail and Nellie Baker.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his brother, G.F. Headley of Reader, WV; sister, Jean Ann (Tom) Gump of Fluharty Run, WV, several nieces, nephews and cousins; a dog, Tim; two Appaloosa horses, Patches and My Blankie.

Friends received noon - 8 p.m., Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the Williams Funeral Home in Pine Grove, WV, where service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, July 24, 2017.

Burial to follow in Alf Smith Cemetery in Tyler County.
