Mildred Louise "Millie"  Brown (Goodman)
Mildred "Millie" L. Brown, 93, of Reynoldsburg, OH formerly of Reader, WV died Thursday, August 24, 2017 while at The Ashford on Broad in Columbus, OH.

Millie was born June 24, 1924 in Jonesboro, AR, daughter of the late Earnest and Pauline (Vincent) Goodman.

She was a homemaker, bible class teacher, and volunteered with the local schools. She worked at Corning Glass for a few years. Millie enjoyed sewing, beading, and spending time with her family and a member of the Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell "Doc" Brown,
son Ronnie Brown, and brother J.E. Goodman.

Surviving is a son Dwain (Dena) Brown and Daughter Judy (Gary) Smith, grandchildren: Lisa (Steve) Fordyce, Sonya (John) Musel, Tonya (Rodney) Postlethwait, Courtney (Gary) Willis, Brian (Tonja) Brown, Crystal (Jeff) Tucker, Bradley (Kari) Brown, Daniel (Leah) Brown and Amanda Miracle, Great-Grandchildren: Dallus (Malysha), Ethan, Mackenzie (Sid), Evan, Alex, Karisa, Olivia, Macie, Shayla, Ryker, Erin, Megan, Addison, Levi, Maggie, Preston, Megan, Max, Erin, Makayla and Brianna, Great-Great-Grandchildren: Sophia and Layla and special sister-in-law Fern Goodman.

Friends received 2-6 p.m., Sunday, August 27, 2017 at the Williams Funeral Home in Pine Grove, WV, where service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, August 28, 2017.

Interment in Milburn Cemetery near Reader, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Millie's name, to American Heart Association.
